1. What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

2. Do you offer refunds for perishable items?
For perishable items like fresh produce and meats, refunds or exchanges are available only if reported within 24 hours of purchase, with proof of purchase.

3. Can I cancel or modify my online order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your online order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our customer support team directly.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Al Fabiha Supermarket, your satisfaction and health are our top priorities.
We handle food returns carefully to maintain quality and safety:

  • Fresh Food Items (Fruits, Vegetables, Meat, Dairy, Bakery, etc.):
    Returns or exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of purchase if the product is spoiled, damaged, or not as expected.
    Please provide the original receipt and return the item in its original packaging where possible.

  • Frozen and Chilled Products:
    Due to safety and hygiene reasons, frozen and chilled items are non-returnable unless found defective at the time of purchase.
    Report any issues within 24 hours with proof of purchase.

  • Non-Returnable Food Items:
    Prepared foods, hot meals, or items marked "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue identified immediately after purchase.

  • Refund Process:
    If eligible, refunds will be processed through store credit or original payment method as per your preference.
